Pheu Thai Party rejects PM Yingluck’s resignation, House dissolution

BANGKOK, Dec 7 – The ruling Pheu Thai Party agreed yesterday to set up a public forum to find resolutions for Thailand, but insisted that the prime minister would neither resign nor dissolve the House.

Pheu Thai leader Charupong Ruangsuwan, who is also the interior minister, said the party strongly supported Ms Yingluck Shinawatra as Thailand’s prime minister and praised her for handling the political turmoil without resorting to violence.
