NBTC grants Thai Airways Wi-Fi on board license

The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) has granted Type 1 wireless license to Thai Airways International (THAI) to provide WiFi service on board its new fleet of wide-body aircraft.

Type 1 license is granted only to applicant without its own network.
