Man charged with rape of children and women in Chiang Mai

A 55 year-old man is wanted by police in Chiang Mai for allegedly raping over 20 female hill tribe women.

CHIANGMAI – October 2, 2013 [PDN]; The Chiang Mai provincial police region 5 raided a house in the Doi Lor sub-district after police received reports from parents that a rapist was going out raping women in the sub-district.
