Vietnamese Woman Wanted After Scamming 25 Million THB

The Nakhon Si Thammarat provincial court issued an arrest warrant for a Vietnamese woman who was able to get away with 25 Million THB from Thai people she had scammed in Thailand.

NAKORN SRI THAMMARAT – September 29, 2013 [PDN]; An arrest warrant for Mrs. Lo Thi Thanh issued by the Nakhon Si Thammarat provincial court following a 25 Million THB scam.
