Anger as Chinese Woman falls through unsafe railings at Pattaya Viewpoint
Rescue Workers were called to the Pattaya Viewpoint on the Pratamnuk Mountain on Saturday Morning to assist a Chinese Tourist who had fallen through railings and down a steep cliff.
Miss Chiaw Jing Yi aged 61 had arrived in Thailand on 3rd September and was due to fly back to China later on Saturday.
