A 53-year-old German and a 25-year-old tuk-tuk tricycle driver were arrested in Chiang Mai for sexually abusing minors.

The tuk-tuk driver procured boys under the age of 12 for the German. He paid the boys between 500 to 1,000 baht for sex, and also paid his tuk-tuk pimp 200 to 500 baht each time.
