A 31-year-old Iraqi man was arrested by tourist police in Bangkok, after demanding 15,000 baht to return an Kuwaiti man’s lost iPhone, which he had forgotten in a taxicab. The suspect claimed he needed the cash to pay off the police, in order to get the Kuwaiti man’s lost phone returned to him.

The suspect was identified as Mr. Ekali Siat Talek.
