The Constitutional Court of Thailand allows activists’ mass rally

BANGKOK, Nov 22 – The Constitutional Court of Thailand today turned down petitions seeking to block an anti-government rally on Saturday, leaving the door open for the Pitak Siam group to forge its continuing political activity.

Constitution Court spokesman Pimol Thammapitakpong said the judges unanimously decided against accepting the petitions filed by former senator Ruengkrai Likitwatana, Pheu Thai Party member Singthong Buachum, and Nuengdin Vimuttinand, a lawyer of the Pro-Justice Club.
