Thai Woman Pickpockets Drunk Irishman On Pattaya Beach

A 41-year-old Thai lady was arrested on Pattaya Beach in front of the Central Festival complex for pickpocketing a drunk tourist.

She had stolen 700 THB and his ATM card from his pockets while they were sitting together.
