UTTARADIT, Aug 26- A flash flood triggered by incessant rains hits some areas in Uttaradit’s Laplae district, affecting 500 households, while provincial authorities have warned residents in other districts to brace for possible flooding.

A raging mountain torrent inundated houses in Laplae district and approximately 10,000 rais (4,000 acres) of farmland. Many roads were submerged and impassable for small vehicles.
