His Majesty King Bhumibol to inaugurate monument to his brother

The King Rama VIII monument at the foot of Rama VIII Bridge on Thon Buri side will be inaugurated tomorrow in a ceremony to be presided over by Their Majesties the King and Queen.

Bangkok Governor Sukhumbhand Paribatra said yesterday the project was close to completion, as was the landscaping of the 35-rai Rama VIII Park nearby, which is home to up to 15,000 floral and decorative trees.
