Thai PM Yingluck attends 20th ASEAN summit in Phnom Penh

BANGKOK, April 2 – Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra is attending the 20th Summit of the 10-nation Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) leaders convening in Phnom Penh today, as Thailand is prepared to propose regional cooperation to tackle drug and haze problems.

The premier said the Phnom Penh meeting, scheduled for Monday through Wednesday April 2-4, follows up the previous summit in Bali.
