A German resident reportedly fell from a window ledge in his 4th floor apartment in South Pattaya early on Monday morning.
Police and Rescue Services were called to the apartment complex located in Soi 16 off the South Pattaya Road to assist Mr. Martin Theuniben aged 49, who is physically disabled.
