The Bangkok metropolitan police hold a press conference announcing the confiscation of narcotics and weapons in drug raids.

In citywide drug raids by the Metropolitan Police Bureau, police arrested 161 suspects for dealing drugs, 178 suspects for drug possession, 609 suspected drug users, five suspects for illegal possession of firearms and seized more than 88,000 Methamphetamine pills, 643 grams of the drug ‘Ice’, 42 bags of marijuana, six guns and 38 rounds of ammunition.
