 Nearly 100% of Ayutthaya plants resume operations

AYUTTHAYA, 4 February 2012 (NNT) – The flood-hit industrial estates in Ayutthaya Province are signaling full recovery from the flood disaster as most of the plants there have resumed their operation.

Many factories located in Hitech, Bang Pa-in, Rojana, and Saharattananakorn industrial estates have resumed their full production, enabling the affected staff to work again. All plants in the Factory Land Industrial Estate are running at full speed.

According to the Ayutthaya Industrial Office, construction of dykes is urgently underway in each industrial estate to prevent flood, some of which are nearly completed. Others are expected to be concluded in August.
