First death reported in Hat Yai as flood spreads in southern provinces
SONGKHLA, Jan 1 – A villager reportedly drowned in flood-hit Hat Yai district of the southern Songkhla province as flooding has extended to many provinces in the South following two days of incessant rains.
The drowning victim’s identity has yet to be released by local authorities.
