Body of newborn baby found in refuse bag at Pattaya village

The body of a newborn baby boy was discovered in a refuse bag collected from a North Pattaya Village on Thursday morning.

Police were called to the Pattaya Rungrueng village by Khun Suchin aged 49, a street refuse collector who made the gruesome discovery.
