The body of a British man was found washed-up on Pattaya Beach close to the Bali Hai Port early on Sunday Morning. Police and rescue workers were called to the scene and inspected the body of Mr. Terence Davey aged 67. He was fully clothed and was floating face-down on the shoreline.

Inside his pockets was a card which appeared to be a UN issued International Driving License which Police suspect is not real.
