DTAC to Compensate for Signal Failure

DTAC, the second largest mobile phone operator in Thailand to compensate its clients for a system failure on Wednesday.

An executive said the failure stemmed from the transfer of its database to a new system to upgrade the firm’s services.

Darm Sukhontasap, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Total Access Communication or DTAC, today held a press conference to apologize for a system failure which happened yesterday from 11.30 AM to 1.30 PM and from 5.30 PM to 6.30 PM.
