Thai PM Yingluck Shinawatra holds talks with Vietnamese counterpart

HANOI, Nov 30 – Visiting Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra on Wednesday held talks with her Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Tan Dung during her one-day first official visit to Vietnam to foster bilateral economic ties as the two countries are member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

Ms Yingluck and her entourage arrived at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport at 3pm local time and were taken to the Presidential Palace where an official welcoming ceremony was held.
