Court extradites two Thais to face murder trial in Australia

The Criminal Court on Wednesday ordered the extradition of two former Thai students to Australia to face trial over the death of an Australian.

The two are Sarud Seehaverachart, 28, and Thatiya Terdphumtham, 25, who have been charged with murder in the stabbing to death of Luke Mitchell, a 29-year-old chef from Sanctuary Lakes, southwest of Melbourne.
