Thai Defense Ministry aims for draining all flooded areas beginning December 5

Thai Defense Minister General Yuttasak Sasiprapa says the flooding situation should ease after November 28 due to less impact from high tides since November 25 allowing flood waters to flow down Bangkok Chao Phraya and Tha Chin rivers leading to decrease in flood levels continuously in all areas beginning December 5.
