Flooding in Bangkok improving, water recedes in many areas

BANGKOK, Nov 11 – The overall flooding situation in Bangkok is seen as improving as the water level is decreasing in many areas.

The water covering Vibhavadi Rangsit Road declined by 20cm including at the offices of Thai Rath newspaper, where it was 60cm deep and at Thai Airways International headquarters where it was 65cm deep.
