Two Frenchmen with stolen ATM card codes arrested in South Pattaya. The criminals modus operandi: “Something wrong with my ATM card. May I have a look at yours?”

September 19, 2011 (PDN) Pol.Lt. Pallop Ringrod, Pattaya police was informed about a foreigner stealing ATM password codes from tourists in Soi 5 in front of Central Department Store, Second Road, Pattaya.

At the scene. The police arrested a foreigner: Mr M. F. J. age 27 French citizen detained by the victim, Mr B. R. M. aged 48, French national with his Thai wife.
