A Pattaya contractor parks his back ho without warning lights on the Beach Road. A foreigner riding a motorbike at high speed hits the backhoe resulting in severe facial injuries.

Pattaya (September 5, 2011) [PDN] Pol.Lt.Col. Samran Kumwattana, Pattaya Police was notified of an motorbike accident in Soi 10 Pattaya Beach.

At the scene the police found a foreigner of unknown identity and nationality age approximately 40-45, on the tarmac crying with severe mouth injuries and bleeding while walking away from the accident.
