Four trapped as plane crashes into ferris wheel in Australia

FOUR people are trapped after a light plane crashed into a ferris wheel at Taree.

Two people are trapped in the plane, which crashed into the fair grounds at around 10am on Saturday at Old Bar Beach Road in Old Bar, near Taree, a spokesman from NSW Rural Fire Service told AAP.

The ultra-light – a Cheetah S200 – is currently stuck in the ferris wheel, police said.
