Prime minister-in-waiting Yingluck Shinawatra said on Saturday that her brother, former prime minister Thaksin, and members of the No.111 House group had not involved in her party.

She was responding the move by head of legal team of the Democrat Wirat Kalayasiri who had on Friday filed a petition with the Election Commission asking the agency to dissolve the Pheu Thai Party.
