Pheu Thai predicts Yingluck will be cleared of poll complaints

Prime ministerial hopeful Yingluck Shinawatra’s MP status will be endorsed by the Election Commission this week, Pheu Thai Party predicts.

The election watchdog is investigating complaints that Ms Yingluck, Pheu Thai’s candidate for prime minister, allowed her self-exiled brother Thaksin Shinawatra to influence the party’s affairs.
