The Department of Consular Affairs has revealed that the bodies of five Thai victims in the Christchurch quake will be transported back to Thailand next week.
The ashes of the first victim were handed over to her relatives earlier this week. Thailand lost a total of six nationals in the deadly earthquake. The victims were Thai nurses who traveled to New Zealand to learn English.
