Man arrested for throwing faeces at Democrat head office again
A man with record for mental illness was arrested Tuesday for the second time for throwing faeces at the Democrat Party headquaters protesting for inaction to stop the police radio communications which he said causing his headache.
Witnessed by about 10 policemen on guarding duty, Surachai Kerddee, 45, walked to the statue of Earth Goddess at the party’s shrine and threw the bag filled with excrement.
