The Kusoldharm Rescue Foundation told the Phuket Express that the incident occurred in the Patak Soi 12 area when Mr. C. reportedly fell into the ravine at approximately 10:36 A.M. Unable to climb out due to the steep and rugged terrain, he called his partner for help using his phone.
