The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that on Monday (February 3rd) at 8:00 P.M. they arrested MR. D., 23 and Mr. K., 27. Both are Russian nationals.

‘French’ Man Arrested for Riding a Modified Motorbike in Phuket

They were found riding motorbikes in which their exhaust pipes were modified for loud noise. They were taken to the Patong Police Station to face charges of riding a modified motorbike.
