Bangkok Yellow Line service disrupted after parts fall onto street

BANGKOK, March 28 (TNA) – An electrical conductor rail of the elevated Yellow Line monorail system fell off the track between the Kalantan Station and the Suan Luang Rama IX Station in Bangkok’s Prawet district today, leading to the suspension of the train service until midnight.

Bangkok Yellow Line Monorail Train Resumes Service Every 10 Minutes

Passengers have been evacuated from the train safely. The incident caused damage to three vehicles, with no reported injuries. Eastern Bangkok Monorail Company Limited (EBM), the service provider, is responsible for compensation and damages.
