Nong Khai experienced very low visibility on Friday morning after being hit by thick fog caused by a warming temperature.

Officials said the temperature was about 13 to 15 degrees Celsius without strong winds, resulting in the entire province being covered by fog. The fog is particularly intense around the Mekong River.
