A Phitsanulok man was arrested in Lop Buri on Tuesday for the alleged rape 18 years ago of a woman who was 72 years old at the time.

Pol Col Wichai Todejnitikul, commander of Krong Phikrai police station in Kamphaeng Phet’s Pran Kratai district, where the alleged rape took place, arrested Somdej Kularbsri, 48, at a house in Lop Buri’s Tha Luang district.
