BANGKOK, 23 May 2016 (NNT) – The Meteorological Department has issued an alert warning that Cyclone Roanu will bring heavy rains to most parts of Thailand and stir the Andaman Sea this week.

The North, Northeast, Central, East and upper part of the South will have a greater chance of heavy rains so villagers in those areas are being warned of possible dangers of the rainstorm, the department announced.
