Odd Phayungwong, the Thai suspect wanted in connection with August’s Bangkok bombings, knew and had met Wanna Suansan, the only woman suspect in the case, before the blasts, police spokesman Prawut Thavornsiri said Monday.

Pol Lt Gen Prawut said investigators had evidence that confirmed that the only two Thai suspects among the 17 individuals under arrest warrants in the Aug 17-18 incidents were part of the bombers’ network.
