Police arrest Thai man for repeatedly raping 12 year old daughter

NAKON PHANOM:– A 40 year old man has been arrested over the alleged rape of his 12 year old daughter.

The man, who was arrested on Wednesday evening, has a history of alcohol and substance abuse, reports Khaosod.
