Thai, N. Korean foreign ministers meet in Bangkok

Visiting North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Su Yong on Monday held talks here with his Thai counterpart to discuss a range of bilateral issues.

Mr Ri is the first top North Korean diplomat to visit Thailand in a decade.
