NAKHON RATCHASIMA, 18 July 2015 (NNT) – Deputy Transport Minister Termpitayapaisit has presided over the inauguration of the country’s first truck rest area in the northeastern province of Nakhon Ratchasima.

The establishment of the truck rest area is to accommodate the Ministry of Transport’s policy aimed at reducing traffic accidents, and fostering transport safety and connectivity in preparation for the emergence of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).
