Thai PM to Attend 7th Mekong-Japan Summit in Tokyo July 2-4

BANGKOK, June 30 (TNA)- Thailand’s Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha is attending an upcoming summit in Tokyo, where leaders of Mekong countries and Japan are expected to adopt a new development strategy and review their cooperation to reduce intraregional disparities.

General Prayuth and is his counterparts from Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar and Vietnam are expected to adopt the “New Tokyo Strategy 2015” at the 7th Mekong-Japan Summit hosted in the Japanese capital from July 2-4.
