Activist Chalard to sue coup makers with insurrection and lese majeste charges

Hunger striker Chalard Worachat went to the Criminal Court on Ratchadapisek road this morning with an intention to file charges of insurrection and lese majeste against General Prayuth Chan-ocha, head of the National Council for Peace and Order, seven council members, 20 ministerial permanent secretaries and the chief judge-advocate.
