BANGKOK, Feb 6 – The Center for Maintaining Peace and Order (CMPO) said today a highly-skilled police team has been form to arrest 19 anti-government protest leaders after the Criminal Court has approved arrest warrants for them in violation of an emergency decree.
CMPO director Chalerm Yubamrung said the center will also seek court approval for arrest warrants for another 39 protest leaders of the People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) on Monday.
