Protest leader Suthep threatens to shut down CMPO within a day

Protest leader Suthep Thaugsuban on Monday gave an ultimatum to the government to shut down the Centre for Maintaining Peace and Order within a day otherwise the protesters will lay siege to the centre.

He also announced that the People’s Democratic Reform Committee would not return the Government Complex at Chaeng Wattana to the government as requested by CMPO.
