The AHTD were able to arrest an elder Italian man who was fleeing after he was found guilty of child trafficking. He was arrested in Spain, but he has now been extradited to Thailand, the country where he committed the crimes.
BANGKOK – September 18, 2013 [PDN]; A press conference was held at the Headquarters of the Anti-Human Trafficking Division of the Royal Thai Police to announce the arrest of Mr. Costa Ruggero, age 66, an Italian national.
