BANGKOK, July 24 – Members of a so-called ‘Black Money’ fraud gang were arrested in Bangkok with counterfeit US dollar banknotes while delivering fake banknotes to a Thai customer.

Two Cameroon nationals — Jules Kongne and Francois Mbengur– New Zealander K. C. M. were arrested by Lat Phrao police while delivering counterfeit US banknotes to a Thai customer at a rented room in Soi Lat Phrao 130 in Bang Kapi.
