HAT YAI, Feb 7 – Security has been tightened in the southern commercial district of Hat Yai to prevent any violence during the festive Chinese New Year.
The Hat Yai commercial area in Songkhla province has been festooned with Chinese-style decorations ahead of the Hat Yai Chinese New Year 2013, scheduled to be held from Friday Feb 8 through Tuesday Feb 12.
