A 12-year-old girl whose head got stuck between an escalator and the upper floor as the escalator was moving at Future Park Rangsit in Pathum Thani, north of Bangkok, two months ago has been pronounced dead at Bangkok Hospital.

The mall’s marketing director Rattana Ananthanaphong said yesterday Wichitra Wasutpichaikul, mother the victim named Nuanprae Wasutpichaikul, told her that Nuanprae died on Friday.
