Police arrested four youth aged 15-18 at Bangkok’s Din Daeng Flat for allegedly robbing and killing a Chon Buri hotel employee at the mouth of Soi Sukhumvit 51, Metropolitan Police chief Winai Thongsong told a press conference yesterday.

Police identified former drug suspect Sitthichai Khoraya, 18, from security-camera footage.
