Local police say the body of a 30-year old male was found in a Phuket guesthouse after a night of debauchery.

The man was in Thailand to mark the anniversary of the death of his friend who was a victim of the devastating tsunami that claimed the lives of nearly 300,000 people seven years ago.

The man, a Brazilian identified as Daniel Rocha Jordan, was discovered dead in his Keeta Guest House room by a friend.
